The Mendoza Law Firm has been a general practice law firm with a concentration on defending citizens faced with criminal defense charges since 2011. The firm has evolved from David A. Mendoza, Attorney, solo-practitioner to Mendoza Law Offices, PLLC, established in 2011, and finally to Mendoza Law Firm, Attorneys at Law.

David Alvarez Mendoza was born in northern Ohio and moved to San Marcos, Texas in 1984. By 1989, David enlisted in the Army, joining the infamous fighting Tough Hombres (also known as the T-O unit).[1] After leaving the military service, Mr. Mendoza attended and graduated from Texas State University (formerly known as SWT). Before and after attending St. Mary’s School of Law, Mr. Mendoza spent many years working for various lawyers in San Marcos.

As an attorney, Mr. Mendoza has worked for the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney, the Hays County Criminal District Attorney, and Mendoza Law Offices. Mr. David A. Mendoza founded Mendoza Law Offices and Mendoza Law Firm. This firm has carried out most of the same services provided from its beginning as a trusted advocate in law.

Mendoza Law Firm, PLLC, Attorneys at Law, was formed in part when Anthony Mendoza (“Anthony”) joined the firm. Anthony earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, and worked with the Hays County District Attorney soon after graduation as a prosecutor. [1] The Tough O’mbres is an Army reserve unit that has served and fought in nearly every American combat campaign beginning with WWI. Mr. Mendoza joined the TO unit in 1989 and proudly served in Desert Storm.
